This workshop invites you to connect with the sacred energy of trees, tuning into their unique sound or message. After grounding exercises, Marjasana will guide you into the woods to connect with a tree, focusing on its vibration or song. Come with a light heart, child-like curiosity, and a journal to capture your experience.

It is our nature to create original music. Original melodies can be as natural as wildflowers. Sometimes they simply plant themselves in our consciousness! We will hold space for plantings of this nature, starting with a guided nature-listening session. Develop a sense for hearing and singing fresh, new songs together in this collaborative, creative experience.
