Herbs and Archetypes for Mental Health with Linda Conroy
The Wise Woman Tradition of healing invites us to engage on many levels in order to encourage flexibility, adaptability, and resilience. It also invites us to pair our own experience with knowledge that we gather in order to care for ourselves. With the pressures of modern life, the ability to maintain our equilibrium is often challenged. When we are stressed, depressed, anxious, grieving or just plain tired, enlisting herbal allies and feminine archetypes are two tools that can work to strengthen our resolve and support our capacity to stay engaged.
Join herbalist Linda Conroy for this engaging and informative session. Through presentation, small group discussion and writing exercises participants will be introduced to herbal, mushroom, and archetypal allies. Participants will leave with practical, engaging, and inspiring tools that they can easily incorporate into everyday life. Participants are invited to bring a cup of oat straw infusion, a cup of chamomile tea, and a notebook to the session, which will be used during an experiential part of this session. Instructions for preparing infusions and tea will be provided prior to the session.
