Wild Edible Plants and Mushrooms of the Great Lakes Region with Sarah Foltz Jordan

This walk will focus on wild edibles from the traditional (human) perspective, while also exploring the nutritional needs and preferences of insects and other wildlife. For example, Nettles are cherished not only by us, but also by caterpillars of the red admiral butterfly who feed almost exclusively on this plant. Isn’t it wonderful how connected we all are?
