Join us for this community conversation between Weeds Heal: A Working Herbal author, Isla Burgess, and Community Organizer and Herbalist Linda Conroy. In line with Isla's book, this discussion is intended to offer practical information and inspiration for understanding plant language. Isla will guide us through a plant immersion with a plant we all know well, hopefully adding to that awareness. The focus will be on Dandelion - Taraxacum off. You could bring the whole plant with you for this process including roots, leaves, and if possible a flower. Isla brings a view of herbal medicine from a holistic perspective that is practical and empowering. Following this, Isla and Linda will discuss the practical applications of working in this way.
